My whole life has been a long and winding journey towards a greater understanding of well-being - an experience of abundant energy, joy, contentment and a clear sense of purpose. I have found that there a few key ingredients that are vital to our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
This retreat will focus on this holistic approach. Throughout the weekend we will engage in energy restoring wellness practices:
Mindfulness
Meditation
Yoga (flow based ashtanga in the morning and yin and restorative in the evening)
Mindfulness in nature
Silence
Spa and sauna are on site to further promote deep relaxation and a sense of well-being
