Lana and Maya Nova (flying into Space as a guest teacher) invite you to this day retreat at Space Studio. They will co-create a formal container for clarity, wakefulness and calmness to be present.
Just show up – no need to prepare or rehearse – just show up and allow yourself to be surprised by the unfolding of your life with more energy and ease.
Acts of kindness for the body and mind – meditation, gentle meditative movement, eating mindfully, silence and developing a steady mind & an open heart.
Juices, nuts, fruit will be provided for nourishment during our breaks

Maya is a skillful & inspiring mindfulness teacher, coach and speaker. She has diverse experience working alongside people to help them to regain clarity and balance.
For 20 years she has been studying and practicing mindfulness and meditation. This has also included the unique & absorbing experience of being ordained as a Buddhist nun for 2 years. Maya’s passion is integrating mindfulness into life and into work. Her deep intention is to support others to find energy and renewed inspiration and presence in each moment: To live life remembering that each moment truly mattered.
Lana brings a wealth of practise, teaching and experience into Space. She weaves traditional & modern practises together to make them fresh & available to students. She has studied with Dr Rick Hanson, Bhikkhu Analayo, Dr Deepak Chopra, Sarah Powers, Sayadaw u Tejaniya.
