Mindful awareness is about learning to pay attention, in the present moment, and without judgment. This reduces our tendency to work on autopilot, allowing us to choose how we respond & react. Mindfulness teaches us to respond calmly to situations and stressors, to recognize our unhealthy mental and emotional habits, to become more patient and tolerant, less judgemental and kinder to others and ourselves.

Mindfulness can help us understand better the relationship between our thoughts and how they make us feel about ourselves, about others and about life in general. Mindfulness can help with management of anxiety and depression, lack of confidence and excessive worry and stress.
